How to Block and Unblock Numbers on Poco M8 Pro 5G

Blocking a Contact

• 📞 To block a contact, open your contact list or dialer.
• 👆 Find the contact you wish to block and tap on it.
• ⬇️ Scroll down to find the "block numbers" option.
• ⚠️ If you don't see "block numbers," look for a three dots icon in the upper right corner and tap it to reveal the option.
• ✅ Confirm by tapping "block" after the device informs you about no longer receiving calls or messages from that number.

Accessing the Blocklist

• 🏠 To view your blacklist, return to the home screen or dialer.
• ☰ Tap the three bars icon in the upper left corner.
• ⚙️ Navigate to "settings" and then select "blocked numbers".
• 📌 The number you blocked will appear on this blacklist.

Manual Blocking and Unknown Callers

• ➕ You can add a number manually to the block list by entering it and tapping "block".
• 👤 Blocking can be done even if the number is not saved in your contacts.
• 🚫 To block calls from unidentified callers, tap the "unknown" option and toggle the switcher.

Unblocking a Number

• ❌ To unblock a number, go to the blocked numbers list.
• ➡️ Tap the "X" button next to the number you wish to unblock.
• 🔓 Confirm by tapping "unblock".
