How to Block a Number on ZTE Blade A36: Step-by-Step Guide

Blocking a Contact Directly

• 📞 Open your Contacts app and select the specific contact you wish to block.
• ⬇️ Scroll down to find and tap on the "Block numbers" option.
• ✅ Confirm the block; a characteristic icon will appear, indicating the number is successfully blocked and will no longer receive calls or texts.

Managing the Blocked List (Blacklist)

• 👆 Access the blacklist by tapping the three dots icon in the upper right corner of your screen, then navigate to "Settings" and select "Blocked numbers".
• ➕ To add a number manually, tap "Add a number" and enter it directly, then tap "Block".
• 🚫 You can also toggle the option to block calls from all unknown or unidentified callers.

Unblocking Numbers

• ❌ To unblock a number from the blacklist, tap the "X" button next to the number and then confirm by tapping "Unblock".
• 🔄 Unblocking can also be done by returning to the contact and reversing the initial blocking steps.
