How to Backup WhatsApp on POCO C61 to Google Drive

Accessing WhatsApp Settings

• 🎯 Navigate to your WhatsApp application on the POCO C61.
• ⚙️ Tap the three dots in the top right corner and select Settings.

Configuring Chat Backups

• 💬 Go to Chats, then scroll down to find Chat backup.
• ☁️ Under Google account, select the desired Google account for your backup. Ensure you remember the password for future restoration.
• ➕ If your account isn't listed, tap Add account and follow the prompts to sign in or create a new Google account.

Automatic Backup and Video Inclusion

• 🔄 In the Automatic backups section, choose your preferred frequency: daily, weekly, monthly, or only when you tap backup. The example sets it to weekly for automatic backups.
• 🎬 Toggle the Include videos option to enable or disable backing up video files. Note the estimated upload size.

End-to-End Encrypted Backup

• 🔒 For enhanced security, enable End-to-end encrypted backup. You will need to create and remember a unique password for restoring this backup.

Initiating the Backup

• ▶️ Once all settings are configured, tap the green Backup button to start the process.
• ✅ The backup will begin uploading. Once completed, you can exit the app.
