How to Backup WhatsApp Chats & Media on Infinix Hot 50 Pro+

Accessing WhatsApp Settings

• 💬 Start by opening the WhatsApp application on your Infinix Hot 50 Pro+.
• ⚙️ Tap the three dots in the top right corner and navigate to Settings.

Configuring Chat Backups

• 💬 Select the Chats option from the settings menu.
• 💾 Scroll down to Chat backup to manage your backup preferences.
• ☁️ Under Google Account, choose the account where your backup will be stored. Ensure you remember your password to restore chats later.
• ➕ You can add another Google account or create a new one if needed.

Automatic Backup Options

• 🔄 Explore Automatic backups to set the frequency: daily, weekly, monthly, or only when you tap backup.
• 📅 Selecting weekly will automatically create backups each week without manual intervention.
• 🖼️ You have the option to include videos in your backup by enabling this setting.
• 🔒 For enhanced security, enable end-to-end encrypted backup by creating a unique password. Do not forget this password, as it's crucial for restoring your chats.

Initiating the Backup

• ▶️ Once all settings are configured, tap the green backup button to start the process.
• 📊 The backup will begin, and upon completion, you will see information about the last backup time and size above the button.
