How to Back Up Your Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G: Samsung Cloud, Google Drive, and External Storage

Accessing Backup Settings

• ⚙️ Begin by opening the Settings app on your Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G.

Samsung Cloud Backup

• 📧 Verify the Google account being used for the backup, as you'll need this email and password for future restoration.
• ⬆️ Click the backup now button to start the process; a small circle will indicate progress, and its disappearance signifies completion.
• 🕒 A confirmation of the backup, showing it was made recently, can be found under 'other device data'.

External Storage Backup (USB/SD Card)

• 💾 Select external storage transfer and then continue.
• 🔌 Insert your USB storage device or SD card and allow access.
• 📂 Choose backup to USB storage and wait for the device to scan for data.
• 🗂️ Select the data to back up, either by choosing predefined categories like calls, contacts, and messages, or by using the custom option to manually select items.
• 📦 Initiate the backup by clicking next and then okay; wait for the process to finish.
• 👍 A confirmation screen will show the number of items copied; click next and then done to complete the process and unplug your USB device.
