LED Module and Cabinet Assembly

• 💧 Install the LED module waterproof rubber ring and a label with the installation date and batch number for maintenance.
• 🛠️ Ensure waterproof ceiling measures are taken during outdoor LED display installation for stable operation.
• 🔩 Fix the LED module and cabinet with high-strength rust-proof screws and waterproof pads to achieve IP65 protection.
• 🔌 Install the test button with a waterproof rubber ring, and then the industrial-grade power socket and signal input socket, noting anti-miss-insertion marks.

Power and Data Connections

• ⚡ Install the power supply on the heat dissipation aluminum plate and connect power cords.
• 🗄️ Mount the receiving card on the hub data board and secure all cables with screws for separate disassembly and maintenance.

Pre-Operation Testing
