How to Arrange Photos in a Google Photos Album: Sorting and Manual Reordering

Accessing and Editing Albums

• 💡 Open the Google Photos application and verify you are using the correct account by checking your profile icon.
• 📌 Navigate to Collections, then Albums, and select the album you wish to organize.

Sorting Options

• ⚙️ Tap the pencil icon at the bottom to enter edit mode for the album.
• 👆 Locate and click the sort button at the top right to reveal sorting options.
• 📅 You can sort photos by newest, oldest, or recently added.

Manual Photo Reordering

• 🎛️ To create a custom order, press and hold a photo and drag it to your desired position.
• ✨ Arrange multiple photos by repeating the press-and-hold and drag action.
• ✅ Once satisfied with the custom order, click the checkmark at the top left to save your changes.
