How to Adjust Screen Brightness on the GARMIN Venu X1 Smartwatch

Adjusting Screen Brightness via Settings

• 💡 To change the screen brightness on your GARMIN Venu X1, first open the menu by pressing the upper button.
• ⚙️ Scroll through the menu to find and tap on the Settings icon.
• 🔆 Within Settings, locate and select Display and Brightness, then tap on Brightness.
• ➕ Use the plus and minus buttons to adjust the screen brightness to your desired level.
• ↩️ Press the lower button a couple of times to return to the watch face.

Adding Brightness Control to the Control Panel

• 👆 To access brightness quickly, press and hold the upper button to open the control menu.
• ✏️ If the brightness icon isn't visible, tap the Edit button.
• ➕ Then, tap the Add button and scroll to find the Brightness option, tapping on it.
• ✅ A "Control added" message will appear; tap the check mark, then Done to confirm.
