How to Adjust Screen Brightness on the GARMIN Forerunner 570 (42mm)

Accessing Watch Settings

• 💡 To begin, press and hold the up button to open the main menu on your GARMIN Forerunner 570.
• 🎯 Scroll through the menu by swiping on the screen until you find watch settings and tap to select it.

Adjusting Display Brightness via Settings

• 🔑 Within watch settings, scroll down to locate and tap on the display and brightness option.
• ⚙️ You will see the brightness setting; tap on it to adjust. Use the plus and minus buttons to increase or decrease the screen brightness.
• ↩️ Press the back button to confirm your changes and return to the previous screen.

Quick Adjustments with Controls Menu

• 🔦 To quickly access brightness, press and hold the light button to open the controls menu.
• ➕ By default, the brightness control might not be present. To add it, go back to the main menu (press and hold up button), tap controls, and then select the brightness option.
• ✅ Once added, the brightness icon will appear in the controls menu. Select it and press the start button to open the brightness adjustment screen.
