How to Add and Use Fingerprint Unlock on HONOR Magic8 Lite

Accessing Fingerprint Settings

• 💡 Open the Settings app on your HONOR Magic8 Lite.
• 🎯 Navigate to and select Biometrics & password.
• 🔑 Choose Fingerprint ID to begin the setup process.

Setting Up a PIN Backup

• 📌 You will be prompted to enter or set up a PIN as a backup for your fingerprint.
• ✅ Confirm your PIN to proceed.

Adding Your Fingerprint

• ⚡ Select Device unlock and then tap Add.
• 👆 Repeatedly tap your finger on the fingerprint sensor until the scan is fully completed.
• 🆗 Once finished, tap OK.

Testing Fingerprint Unlock

• 🚀 Your device can now be unlocked using the registered fingerprint.
