Managing User Accounts on MacBook Air M4

• ⚙️ To manage user accounts, navigate to System Settings and select Users & Groups.
• 💡 The Guest User option allows temporary access without compromising personal data; all downloaded files are deleted upon logout.

Creating a New User Account

• ➕ Click Add User and enter your administrator password to begin.
• 👤 You can set the user type as Administrator, Standard, or Sharing Only.
• 📝 Provide a full name for the user, and an account name will be generated automatically (or you can customize it).
• 🔑 A password is required, with an optional password hint.
• ✅ Click Create User to finalize the account setup.

Switching Between User Accounts

• 🖱️ Switch users by clicking the Users button on the status bar or by locking the screen via the Apple logo > Lock Screen.
• 👥 Hover over accounts to select a different user and log in.

Deleting a User Account
