Factory Reset Options

• 💻 Factory reset via another device: Access the Fire Hub service, log in with your Google account linked to the phone, select the device, and initiate a factory reset.

Troubleshooting with Safe Mode

• 🚫 If you remember the PIN but the phone won't accept it, try entering Safe Mode to disable third-party apps that might be interfering.
• 🔑 To enter Safe Mode, hold Volume Down + Power, then switch to Volume Up + Power after the screen goes off, and release both. Then select Safe Mode from the menu.
