Accessing and Using Airplane Mode

• 💡 Access the control panel by scrolling from the top right corner and locate the Airplane Mode tile.
• 🛠️ If the tile isn't visible, tap the pen icon to edit shortcuts, then drag the Airplane Mode icon to your active tiles.
• 🔄 Toggle Airplane Mode ON for about 10 seconds, then toggle it OFF to reset network connections and modules.

Optimizing Network Settings

• 📍 If the signal is still weak, move to an area with better coverage, away from basements or dense foliage.
• 📶 Navigate to Settings → Mobile network → Wi-Fi Calling, enable it, and set the calling preference to Wi-Fi preferred.
• 🌐 Under Preferred network mode, select the option that includes 5G/LTE/3G/2G for automatic best signal selection.

Resetting Network Settings and Further Steps

• ⚙️ Go to System & updates → Reset → Reset network settings and confirm the action with your pattern.
• 📞 If issues persist, contact your carrier to check for outages or test your phone with another SIM card.
• 🆘 If the problem continues with a different SIM, contact HONOR device support for further assistance.
