Granbury ISD Mourns 5-Year-Old Fatally Struck by School Bus

• ⚠️ The child reportedly ran up the driver's side of the bus and darted in front of it as it was leaving a stop, in dark conditions.
• 🏥 Paramedics transported the child to the hospital, but doctors were unable to save his life.

• 🏘️ Neighbors noted the absence of sidewalks in the area and expressed concerns about traffic, suggesting a need for more crosswalks, stop signs, and a dedicated bus stop.
• 🚌 The 66-year-old bus driver was transporting eight other children at the time of the accident.
