• 🛡️ God placed a mark on Cain for protection, ensuring anyone who killed him would face sevenfold vengeance.

Cain's Lineage and Legacy

• 🏞️ Cain settled in the land of Nod, east of Eden, and built a city named after his son, Enoch.
• 🎶 His descendants included Jabal (father of livestock dwellers), Jubal (father of musicians), and Tubalcain (toolmaker).
• ⚔️ Lamech, a descendant of Cain, boasted of killing a man and a young man, invoking a vengeance of 77 times for Cain.

The Birth of Seth and a New Beginning

• 🙏 Adam and Eve had another son, Seth, whom Eve named "granted," seeing him as a replacement for Abel.
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Seth's son was Enosh, and it was during his time that people began to call on the name of the Lord.
• 🗣️ The significance of names is highlighted, with Cain meaning "brought forth" and Seth meaning "granted."
