• ⚠️ A First Alert is in effect for the weekend due to dangerously cold conditions, potentially as cold as or colder than previous winter lows.
• 🧊 Wind chills could reach as low as 10 to 15 below zero in New York City, posing risks of hypothermia and frostbite within 30 minutes.
