FC 26 Manager Career: How to Change Tactical Vision and Manage Coaches

Accessing Tactical Vision Settings

• 🎮 Navigate to Manager Career mode in FC 26.
• 👥 From the main menu, select the Squad option.
• 🎯 Locate and select the Tactical Vision setting within the Squad menu.

Selecting and Confirming a New Tactical Vision

• ➡️ Use the right analog stick to access the tactical vision options.
• 🕹️ Press 'X' to open the menu of available tactical visions.
• ⚽ Choose from styles such as Wing Play, Position, High Pressing, Park the Bus, Counter Attack, or Kick and Rush.
• ✅ Confirm your selection to apply the new tactical vision to your team.

Managing Coaching Staff

• 🧑‍🏫 After changing your tactical vision, you can access Coach Management.
• 📈 Here you can manage various coaching roles, including Attack Coaches, Midfield Coaches, Defense Coaches, and Goalkeeping Coaches, to further optimize team performance.
