EPSON ET-1810: First Setup and Mobile App Connection Guide

Initial Setup and App Download

• 💡 Power on your EPSON ET-1810 printer to begin the setup process.
• 📱 Download and open the Epson Smart Panel app from your device's app store.

Adding Your Printer

• 🎯 If you don't see the initial setup screen, tap the plus button in the top right corner.
• ⚠️ Confirm that your printer model, the ET-1810, is supported by the app.
• 🔌 Ensure your printer is not connected via USB before proceeding with the setup.
• 🚀 Click 'Let's Get Started' and select your printer from the list of visible devices.

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Connection

• 📶 Make sure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled on your smartphone before starting, as the app may not prompt you to enable them.
• ➡️ Proceed to Wi-Fi connection settings and click 'Next'.
• 🤝 Agree to share your Wi-Fi network password with the printer by clicking 'Yes' when prompted.

Entering Wi-Fi Password and Troubleshooting

• 🔑 Enter your Wi-Fi network password when prompted and click 'OK'.
• ⏳ The printer will then prepare settings and set itself up, which may take about 2 minutes.
• ⚠️ If you encounter issues, such as not knowing the printer's admin password, you may need to perform a hard reset on the printer.
• ✅ Once setup is complete, you can start using your printer with your mobile device.
