Assembling the EA-OFixed LED Cabinet

• 💡 Place the EA-OFixed cabinet horizontally and install the LED cabinet rear cover, ensuring it is properly seated.
• 🛠️ Mount the assembled cooling fan and tighten fixing screws to prevent shaking.
• 🔌 Install the power supply on the other side of the rear cover, securing it and the cables with screws.
• ⚡ Connect power cables to all EA-OFixed LED modules and the fan's power interfaces for sufficient power supply, then neatly organize the cables.
• 🔗 Connect the LED module data cables in sequence and attach them to the data cable hub.
• ✅ Affix qualification certificates and brand labels, then close the rear cover and tighten the cover switch to complete the cabinet assembly.

Splicing LED Cabinets on the Rack

• 📌 Install the first row of LED cabinets onto the rack.
• 🔗 Use connecting iron plates to quickly fix adjacent LED cabinets.
• 🔁 Repeat the above steps to install all LED cabinets in sequence.

Testing and Stability Check

• 🔍 Run a test screen to check all LED screens for dead pixels and color difference.
• ⏳ Play continuously for 72 hours to ensure the stability of the LED display.
