Cabinet Preparation and Module Connection

• 📦 Remove the EA-Flex flexible LED cabinet from its packaging and connect the power module to the LED module power cables.
• 🔩 Secure the power module inside the cabinet with fixing screws and organize the power cables.
• 🔌 Fasten the receiving card to the base plate with screws and plug in all LED module data cables.
• 🛠️ Tighten the screws to secure the receiving card and tidy up cable routing.

Rack Installation and Cabinet Assembly

• 🚚 Move the EA-Flex flexible LED cabinet onto a transport cart for delivery to the aging test area.
• 🧱 Assemble each cabinet one by one in the designated area.
• 🔗 Use fixing screws to secure every two adjacent LED cabinets together until all are mounted on the rack.

Module Installation and Testing

• 💡 Take out the flexible LED modules and connect their power and data cables from the LED cabinet.
• 🧲 Install the modules onto the cabinet using the magnetic mounting system, ensuring each is securely attached.
• 🔍 Run test content to inspect for dead pixels and color inconsistency.
• ⏳ Keep the screens playing continuously for 72 hours to ensure long-term stability.
