DOOGEE Tab E3 Pro: How to Set Up and Enable Portable Hotspot

Accessing and Adding the Hotspot Toggle

• 👆 Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the toggles.
• ✏️ If the Hotspot toggle is not visible, tap the pencil icon to edit the quick settings panel.
• ➕ Drag the Hotspot tile from the hidden section to the visible panel to add it.

Configuring Hotspot Settings

• ⚙️ Long-press the Hotspot toggle to access its settings menu.
• 🔑 Change the default hotspot password to a memorable one with at least eight characters.
• 🔋 Enable "Turn off hotspot automatically" to conserve battery life when no devices are connected.
• 📶 Note that the hotspot operates on the 2.4 GHz band for compatibility.

Managing the Portable Hotspot

• 🌐 The hotspot name is the identifier that will appear in Wi-Fi lists on other devices.
• ▶️ Tap the Hotspot toggle once to enable the portable hotspot.
• ⏹️ Tap the toggle again to disable the hotspot when it's no longer needed.
