Accessing Power Saving Mode

• 👆 Swipe down from the top of your screen to access Quick Settings and locate the Power Saving Mode or Battery Saver tile.
• ✏️ If the tile is not visible, tap the pencil icon to enter edit mode, then hold and drag the Battery Saver tile from the hidden section to your visible toggles.

Understanding Battery Saver Features

• 🔋 Enabling Battery Saver activates a dark theme, restricts background activity, and delays notifications.
• 😴 When the device is locked with Battery Saver on, it may disconnect from Wi-Fi and mobile data after a period to conserve power, reconnecting periodically to check for notifications.
• ⚠️ Be aware that delaying notifications can impact applications requiring timely internet connections.

Alternative Battery Saving Tips

• 💡 Lowering screen brightness is a significant way to extend battery life, especially when the display is actively in use.
• 🔌 Disable unused features like location services, mic access, camera access, auto-rotation, and Bluetooth when not needed.
• 📶 If using mobile data, consider disabling Wi-Fi, and vice-versa, to save power.

Battery Saver Settings and Scheduling

• ⚙️ Access Battery Saver settings by long-pressing the Battery Saver tile.
• 📊 You can set automatic on/off schedules based on battery percentage, for example, enabling at 20% and disabling at 90% when charging.
• 🤖 This scheduling feature automates the activation and deactivation of Battery Saver, removing manual hassle.
