DOOGEE T40 Pro: How to Create a Full Data Backup Using Your Google Account

Accessing Backup Settings

• ⚙️ Navigate to your DOOGEE T40 Pro's Settings menu.
• ➡️ Scroll down and select System, then tap on Backup.

Google Account Integration

• ☁️ To create a backup, you must sign in to your Google account.
• 👤 If you are not signed in, you will need to sign in to an existing account or create a new one.
• 🔑 Remember your Google account login and password to ensure you can restore the backup later.

Selecting Data for Backup

• 🖼️ Enable the option for Photos & videos.
• 📱 Enable Other device data, which includes apps, app data, and device settings.
• ✅ Confirm your selections to proceed with the backup.

Initiating and Monitoring the Backup

• 🟢 Tap the Backup Now button to start the process.
• ⏳ A small circle will appear and fill up, indicating the backup progress.
• 🔔 A notification at the bottom of the screen will confirm when the backup is successfully created.

Verifying Backup Details

• 🧐 Under "Other device data," you can see that the backup was created recently.
• 📊 Tapping into "Other device data" reveals details such as the number of apps copied and device settings backed up.
• ⚠️ Note that if you do not have a SIM card, call history and SMS messages may not be included in the backup.
