Accessing Hotspot Settings

• 👆 Swipe down from the top right of the DOOGEE Fire 7 screen to access toggles.
• ✏️ If the hotspot toggle is not visible, tap the pencil icon to edit Quick Settings and drag it into view.
• ⚙️ Long-press the hotspot toggle to directly access its settings menu.

Configuring Your Hotspot

• 🔑 It's recommended to change the default randomly generated password to something memorable, requiring at least eight characters.
• 📱 The hotspot name can be customized, but the default device name is useful for easy identification.
• 🔒 Keep security enabled to ensure only authorized devices can connect with the password.
• 🚫 Use the manage devices option to blacklist any unwanted connected devices.

Optimizing Hotspot Performance and Usage

• 🔋 Enable the automatic shutoff feature to conserve battery life when no devices are connected.
• 📶 Choose between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands; 2.4 GHz is recommended for broader compatibility, while 5 GHz may offer better performance in crowded areas if supported by connected devices.
• ⚠️ Be mindful of mobile data usage as the device may not have a built-in data limit setting, and exceeding limits can incur high charges.
