Locating and Opening the SIM/SD Tray

• 📍 The SIM/SD tray on the DOOGEE Fire 7 is located on the top left side of the device.
• 🛠️ While a strong fingernail might suffice, a SIM ejector tool is generally recommended for easier removal of the tray.
• 🧐 Inspect the tray and its lip to ensure it can be pulled out smoothly.

Loading SIM and SD Cards

• 💳 The tray has designated spaces for two SIM cards and one microSD card.
• 🧩 Carefully place each card into its correct slot on the tray, ensuring proper orientation.

Reinserting the Tray and Verification

• ↩️ Gently slide the loaded tray back into the device, making sure to push it all the way in.
• ✅ If you have short fingernails, you can use the tray itself to push it fully into place.
• 💡 After reinserting, you may need to enter your SIM PIN to unlock the card.
• 📲 Check your device's notifications for confirmation that both the SIM and SD cards are detected and working.
