DOOGEE Blade 20 Max: How to Enter and Exit Safe Mode for Troubleshooting

Accessing Boot Options

• 🚀 To begin, press and hold the Power button and Volume Up button simultaneously to access the boot options on your DOOGEE Blade 20 Max.

Entering Safe Mode

• 💡 From the boot options, hold the 'Power off' option until it changes to 'Reboot to Safe Mode'.
• ✅ Confirm by tapping 'OK' to reboot the device into Safe Mode.
• ⚠️ This mode temporarily disables all third-party applications and widgets you have installed.

Understanding Safe Mode

• 🧠 Safe Mode ensures that only the default, pre-installed applications function; any apps you've added are disabled.
• 🎯 This mode is primarily for troubleshooting, especially for apps that cause issues like displaying full-screen ads or crashing the system.
• 🚫 In Safe Mode, problematic apps cannot run or display ads, allowing for their safe removal.
• 🖼️ You'll notice a watermark indicating Safe Mode is active, and third-party apps will appear monochrome and semi-transparent.

Managing Apps in Safe Mode

• ⚙️ To manage or uninstall apps, navigate to Settings > Apps > See all apps.
• 🔍 Problematic apps, like Firefox or Brave, will be visible and can be uninstalled from this section.

Exiting Safe Mode

• 🔄 Once troubleshooting is complete, press and hold the Power button and Volume Up button again.
• 🔁 Select 'Restart' to reboot the phone and automatically return to normal Android mode.
