DJI Osmo 360: How to Insert, Format, and Troubleshoot microSD Cards

Accessing the microSD Card Slot

• 💡 Locate the microSD card slot within the compartment on the left side of the DJI Osmo 360.
• 🔑 Open the compartment by sliding the tab down and then pulling it up.

Inserting and Removing the microSD Card

• 📌 To remove the microSD card, first take out the battery.
• 🤏 The microSD card will then be visible; use your fingernails to gently scoop it out.
• 🚀 When inserting a new card, ensure it is in the correct orientation before placing it in the slot.
• ✅ Reinsert the battery, aligning the pins correctly, and then close the compartment by pushing it down and then in.

microSD Card Recommendations and Formatting

• ⚠️ Be aware that using a slow SD card can lead to recording interruptions; it's recommended to use cards recommended by DJI for sufficient speed.
• ⚡ To format the card, power on the Osmo 360 and swipe down from the top to access the control center.
• ⚙️ Swipe left to enter settings, tap the storage icon, then tap storage again.
