Initial Setup Without Internet

• 💡 To set up your Dell XPS 13 without a Microsoft account, the first crucial step is to avoid connecting to Wi-Fi during the initial setup.

Accessing the Command Prompt

• 🔑 Press Shift + F10 on your keyboard to open a command prompt window.
