CMF Watch 3 Pro: How to Pause and Resume Workouts

Pausing a Workout

• ⏱️ To pause an active workout on the CMF Watch 3 Pro, you can press the crown button to bring up the pause menu.
• 👆 Alternatively, you can swipe right on the screen to access the menu and then tap the pause icon.

Resuming a Workout

• ▶️ To resume a paused workout, tap the play icon displayed on the screen.
• 👑 You can also resume the workout by pressing the crown button again.

Understanding Workout Status

• ⏸️ If the play icon is visible on the workout screen, it indicates that the workout is currently paused.
• ⏯️ Conversely, if the pause icon is displayed, the workout is active and not paused.
