CMF Watch 3 Pro: How to Enable, Disable, and Schedule Do Not Disturb Mode

Enabling Do Not Disturb via Quick Panel

• 👆 Wake up the CMF Watch 3 Pro screen by pressing the crown button.
• ➡️ Swipe down from the top to open the quick panel.
• 🌙 Tap the moon icon to enable Do Not Disturb mode and confirm with the checkmark.
• ⚠️ The message "Do Not Disturb mode on" will appear, and the icon will be highlighted.

Checking and Disabling Do Not Disturb

• 🔍 To confirm if Do Not Disturb is active, open the quick panel; the moon icon will be highlighted.
• ➡️ To disable, open the quick panel, tap the moon icon, and confirm the "Do Not Disturb mode off" message.
• 🏠 Press the crown button to return to the watch face.

Managing Do Not Disturb in Settings

• ⚙️ From the home screen, press the crown button to access the menu.
• 🖱️ Scroll to and tap the settings icon.
• 🌙 Locate and tap on the Do Not Disturb mode option.

Scheduling Do Not Disturb Mode

• 🎛️ Within the Do Not Disturb settings, tap the switch next to "Always On" to enable scheduling.
• ⏰ Set the start time by swiping up and down for hours and minutes, then tap the checkmark.
• ➡️ Set the end time similarly by tapping on "to" and adjusting hours and minutes.
• 😴 This feature is useful for automatically silencing notifications during sleep.
• ❌ To disable the schedule, tap the switch next to the schedule option.
