From DRC to Uganda: A Refugee's Musical Journey

• 🌍 Chrisman (Mazambi Mukamba Christian) is an electronic music producer, rapper, songwriter, and DJ originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
• ⚠️ He relocated to Uganda in 2019 due to insecurity in Goma, finding a safer environment.

The Nyege Nyege Collective: A Hub for Underground Music

• 🤝 Upon arriving in Uganda, Chrisman discovered the Nyege Nyege Collective, a group dedicated to releasing underground music and organizing festivals.
