• 🛣️ The stretch of I-5 freeway between LA and Bakersfield is expected to be one of the most congested.

Focus on Dangerous Behaviors

• 🚓 Officers will be cracking down on dangerous driving behaviors, including speeding, distracted driving, and DUIs.
• ⚠️ During a recent 24-hour enforcement period, CHP issued nearly 18,000 citations, with over 12,000 for speeding and nearly 400 DUI arrests.
• 💔 Tragically, 11 people died during that single 24-hour period.
