- 🧘♀️ Begin by sitting comfortably with a direct spine, relaxed body, and closed eyes.
- 💡 Bring your awareness to one foot of space in front of you, perceiving your mind as a cloud of energy.
- 🌬️ Take a deep breath in and out, becoming aware of your body and its left and right sides.
Guiding the Mind and Body
- ☁️ As the body relaxes, allow the mind, initially in front, to move towards the back of the body.
- 🎶 Inhale deeply and chant Omkar, focusing on the sound and its vibration.
- 🧠 Spread your mind like a cloud behind your body, extending your awareness 3 feet, then 5 feet, and finally 10 feet behind you.
Deep Relaxation and Expansion
- 🕊️ Enter a state of repose, where there is nothing to know and nothing to do, just pure relaxation.
- 🙏 Chant "Om Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu" and "Om Shanti Shanti Shanti" to foster peace and well-being.
- 🌌 Allow your mind to spread in all directions, encompassing the entire universe in your awareness.
Concluding the Practice
- 🧘♀️ Gradually become aware of your body and surroundings.
- ✨ Gently open your eyes without any rush, taking your time to return to the present moment.
