Early Life and Family Struggles

• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents had children at a young age and struggled financially, with her mom working multiple jobs (stripping, waitressing, factory work) to support the family.
• ⚠️ Stepfather struggled with pill addiction and gang involvement, creating a chaotic and abusive home environment (verbally, mentally, and physically).

Childhood Sexual Abuse and Seeking Help

• 💔 Experienced sexual abuse from her grandfather between the ages of 6 and 11.
• 🏠 The abuse occurred while living in her grandparents' secondary unit due to the family's poor living situation.
• 🛡️ A primary motivation for seeking help was the desire to protect her younger sister from similar experiences.
• 🤝 Reached out to a youth group, where a conversation helped her gain perspective, begin self-forgiveness, and later, the ability to forgive her abuser.

The Adult Industry as a Form of Healing
