Champion Forest's Legacy of Faith

• 🌱 The church was birthed in faith in 1968/69 by Pastor Robin Guest, who saw a need for a church in the growing Champion Forest Drive area.
• 🎯 Early pastors, including Robin Guest, De Man Shook, and David Fleming, consistently challenged the congregation to move by faith and attempt great things for God's glory.
• 📖 The guiding scripture for "Next" is Isaiah 54:2, calling the church to "Enlarge the place of your tent" and prepare for future growth and blessing.

Strategic Vision for Expansion

• ⛪ The "Next" initiative is a three-year capital campaign designed to accomplish five specific projects aligned with the church's focus priorities.
• 💰 These projects require giving over and above the weekly offering, as they are large-scale endeavors not covered by the regular operating budget.
• 🤝 The total cost for this initiative is projected at $38 million over the three-year span.

Five Transformative Projects

• 🛠️ Remodel of the Champions Campus worship center to update outdated facilities and technology from 2002.
• 🌐 Expansion of digital broadcast ministry to reach more people globally through platforms like CBS channel 11, the Pando app for prisons, and Spanish-language content.
• 🏗️ Kids and adult building expansion at North Klein campus, adding 15,000 square feet to double life group space, create a new kids worship room, and add 130 parking spaces.
• 🌍 International church planting in partnership with FAM (Nepal), GEM (Europe), and the IMB (Barcelona, Spain, for Spanish-speaking pastors).
• 📍 Establishment of a third campus in the Magnolia region, responding to significant population growth and leveraging the success model of the North Klein campus.
