Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 – How to Enable and Customize Sprint Assist

Accessing Game Settings

• ⚙️ To begin, open the settings menu by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner of the main menu or by pressing the F3 key on your keyboard.

Navigating to Sprint Assist

• 🖱️ Navigate to Keyboard and Mouse settings.
• ➡️ Select the Movement tab at the top of the screen.
• 📌 The Sprint Assist option will be the first one listed.

Enabling and Configuring Sprint Assist

• ✅ To enable Sprint Assist, select 'On' from the dropdown menu. This will activate tactical sprint after a set delay when moving forward.
• ⏱️ The Sprint Assist delay can be adjusted by moving the slider to the right to increase it or to the left to decrease it.
• ↔️ You can also customize the Sprint Assist behavior for sideways and backward movement by toggling the respective options.
• 💡 Enabling 'Tactical Sprint Assist' ensures that forward movement triggers a tactical sprint after the specified delay.
