Setting Up Your Medical ID

• 💡 Open the Health app on your paired iPhone to begin setting up your Medical ID.
• 📌 Navigate to your profile icon in the top right corner and select Medical ID.
• ✍️ Tap edit next to any category to update your personal information and tap okay to save changes.

Adding Emergency Contacts

• 📞 To add contacts who will receive your medical details during an emergency, select edit.
• ➕ Tap add emergency contact and choose a contact from your list.
• ✅ Confirm the changes by clicking okay.

Using Emergency SOS

• 🆘 To activate Emergency SOS on your Apple Watch Series 11, hold down the side button.
• ➡️ Swipe the circle to the right to initiate an emergency call.

Post-Emergency Actions

• 💬 After an emergency call, your Apple Watch will send a text message to your designated emergency contacts.
• 📍 This message includes your current location, which will be updated if it changes.
• ⏰ You will be notified every 4 hours that your location is being shared, with an option to stop sharing.

Feature Availability

• 🌍 The Emergency SOS feature is available in the US and other regions.
• 🌐 Cellular models can contact emergency services in various countries.
