Cleaning and Basic Checks

• 🧼 Clean the speakers located on the bottom edge of both grips using a soft brush to remove dust and debris. Avoid metallic tools.
• 🛠️ If a brush isn't enough, a toothpick or pin can be used carefully, but avoid metal.
• 🎚️ Navigate to Settings > Sound & Vibration and ensure all volume sliders are moved to the far right.
• 🚫 Disable the Do Not Disturb mode in the same settings menu to see if it resolves the low volume issue.

System and App Troubleshooting

• ⬆️ Check for System Updates by swiping to the last page of your device's screen and installing any available updates.
• 🔒 To rule out third-party app interference, enter Safe Mode by holding the power button, then long-pressing the 'Power off' option until a notification appears. Press 'OK' to restart in Safe Mode.
