Zepp App Home and Overview

• 🏠 The Home screen provides general device usage information, including the ring's charging status in the top left and the account logo in the top right.
• 📊 The Overview tab displays core metrics collected by the ring: heart rate, steps, calories, stress, PAI, and remaining calories based on consumed food.

Readiness, Sleep, and Exertion Metrics

• 😴 The Readiness tab offers a daily assessment of your readiness for the day, based on sleep statistics and physical recovery, updated each morning.
• 🌙 The Sleep tab provides detailed information about all sleep data collected by the ring.
• 🏃 The Exertion tab summarizes daily activities and your level of exertion after the day is complete, acting as a counterpart to the Readiness tab.

Workout and Zepp Coach Features

• 🏋️ The Workout tab allows you to view workout history, start new workouts, and access Zepp Coach, an AI coach available with a premium subscription.
• 📈 This section also includes weekly reports, exercise statuses, and the ability to adjust the card sequence for workout-related statistics.

Unique Aura Sleep Features

• ✨ Aura is a unique feature for the Helio Ring, offering a sleep recap, weekly sleep analysis, and sleep assessment.
• 🎶 It includes features like sleep music, natural sounds, sleep streaks, a sleep health assistant, personalized music with BPM, and breathing exercises to aid sleep and reduce anxiety.

Device Management and Support

• 🛠️ The Device tab provides information about your health monitor, including a Find Device feature that makes the ring flash green.
• 💡 Here you can also update the system, read articles on correct ring usage and daily tips, explore more features, and understand your data.
• 🔗 Options to deactivate, unpair, or add new devices, along with sending feedback, are also available in this tab.
