Accessing BitLocker Recovery Keys

• 🔑 Before entering recovery mode, it's crucial to locate your BitLocker recovery key to avoid being locked out.
• 💻 Access your recovery keys online by searching for aka.ms/myrecoverykey and signing in with your Microsoft account.
• 🔍 You can identify the correct key by matching the device name or the key upload date.
• ⚠️ If your device is already locked by BitLocker, use the key ID to find the corresponding recovery key.

Method 1: Recovery Mode via Windows

• 🖱️ Open the Start menu, go to Power options, and hold down the right Shift button while selecting Restart.
• ⚠️ Continue holding the Shift key until you see the 'Please wait' sign under the Acer logo, then release it.
• 🚀 You will then be in the recovery mode, where you can navigate using your touchpad.

Method 2: Recovery Mode via Power Button

• 🔌 For situations where Windows won't start, press the power button to turn on the laptop.
• 🔕 Immediately hold the power button again until the device shuts down. Repeat this process.
• 🛠️ Continue this cycle until you see the 'Preparing automatic update' screen, which indicates the device is entering automatic repair.
• ⚙️ Once the PC is diagnosed, navigate to 'Advanced options' to access recovery mode.
