POCO M8 Pro 5G: How to Add, Switch, and Remove Keyboard Languages

Accessing Keyboard Settings

• 💡 To begin, open any app that displays the keyboard, such as messages, notes, or settings, to bring the keyboard onto the screen.
• ⚙️ Once the keyboard is visible, tap on the gear icon to access its settings.

Adding a New Keyboard Language

• ➕ Navigate to the 'Languages' option within the keyboard settings and then tap on 'Add keyboard'.
• 🌍 You will be presented with a full list of available languages; select the desired language by tapping on it.
• ⌨️ After choosing a language, you can select a specific keyboard layout from the available options, which may vary in number depending on the language, and then tap 'Done'.

Switching and Using Multiple Languages

• 🌐 With multiple languages added, a globe icon will appear on the keyboard.
• ↔️ Tapping the globe icon allows you to switch between the different keyboard layouts you have added.
• 🗣️ The spacebar will display the name of the currently active language, providing a visual cue for faster typing.

Removing a Keyboard Language

• ✏️ To remove a language, return to the keyboard settings, tap on 'Languages', and then tap the 'Edit' icon in the upper right corner.
• 🗑️ Mark the language you wish to delete and then tap the trash bin icon to confirm the removal.
