How to Use Your Dell Inspiron 3530 as a Second Monitor via Wireless Display

Setting Up Wireless Display

• 💡 To use your Dell Inspiron 3530 as an external monitor, ensure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
• ⚙️ Navigate to Settings > System > Optional features on your Dell laptop.
• ➕ Click View features and search for Wireless Display, then click Add if it's not already installed.

Configuring Projection Settings

• 🖥️ Go to System > Projecting to this PC on your Dell.
• 🌐 Set "Projecting to this PC" to Available everywhere or Available everywhere on secure networks.
• 🔒 Optionally, configure PIN requirements for security and set the connection to First time only for future convenience.
• 🔌 Ensure the toggle is switched on if you want to project while the laptop is on battery power.

Connecting Another Device

• 📶 Verify the secondary device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Dell.
• ⌨️ Press Windows + K on the secondary device to open the casting menu.

Managing Projection Modes
