Accessing Video Settings

  • 📱 Open the Camera app on your POCO M8 Pro 5G.
  • 🎬 Switch to Video mode by tapping the video icon; confirmation is indicated by a red shutter button.

Adjusting Video Resolution

  • ⬆️ Locate the resolution option in the top option bar, typically displayed as '1080p' by default.
  • 🎛️ Tap this option to reveal available resolutions: 720p, 1080p, and 4K.
  • ✅ Select your desired resolution by tapping on it; the device will then record in the chosen setting.

Configuring Frame Rate (FPS)

  • ⏱️ Next to the resolution setting, you can adjust the frames per second (FPS).
  • ⚠️ Note that not all resolutions support higher FPS: 4K is limited to 30 fps, while 1080p offers both 30 and 60 fps. 720p appears to be limited to 30 fps.
  • 💾 Once selected, the chosen resolution and FPS settings are saved for future video recordings.
