- 🧘♀️ Begin with palms open on your lap and eyes open, then take a deep breath in, exhale, and close your eyes.
- 🌬️ Synchronize your breath: as you breathe in, bring fingers together and open eyes; as you breathe out, open fingers and close eyes, repeating this five times.
- 😌 Relax your shoulders and sense every cell of your body emitting energy, perceiving yourself as a pillar of light and energy.
Engaging Breath and Body
- 🎶 Initiate the Om chanting with a deep breath, allowing the sound to resonate and release energy from every particle of your body.
- 🔥 Visualize your body as the wick of a candle and your mind as the flame, directing your attention to a point 12 inches above your head.
- ✨ Allow any discomfort or pain in your body or mind to burn away in the light of consciousness, transforming into pure light.
Focusing Consciousness
- 🌟 Shift your attention to a distant star, imagining a ray of light from it falling directly onto the top of your head.
- ⚡ Let your energy reach out to this distant star, releasing all effort and allowing yourself to rest completely.
- 🧘♂️ Observe as all tension and stiffness in your body gradually dissolves and disappears, promoting deep relaxation.
Deep Relaxation and Expansion
- 🌌 Maintain your attention on the point 12 inches above your head (Dvadashanta) and become aware of the vast, expansive sky.
- 🌬️ Allow your mind to spread far and wide like a fragrance or vapor, dissolving into the vastness, with nothing to do or know for a few moments.
- 🎈 Feel all heaviness loosening up and transforming into a sensation of lightness, as your mind expands into the space around you.
Concluding the Practice
- 🧘♀️ Continue to relax deeply, embracing the feeling of nothing to do and nothing to know, letting your mind spread in all directions.
- 🌬️ Introduce a gentle breath and conclude with the Om mantra and a peace chant (Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu, Om Shanti Shanti Shanti).
- 👁️ Slowly and gradually, become aware of your body and your surroundings before gently opening your eyes.
