PIT Maneuver and Vehicle Apprehension

• 🎯 Authorization was granted by Sergeant Gordon L. Leslie to perform an intentional collision to end the pursuit.
• 🚗 Trooper Wilfred Blanchette executed a PIT maneuver, colliding with the rear quarter panel of the Accord at over 75 mph, but the vehicle did not stop.
• 💥 A second intentional collision caused the Accord to lose control and crash into the center-median guardrail on Route 2, bringing the vehicle to a complete stop.

Suspect Apprehension and Charges
